TECH EVENTS POLICIES
The following policies govern the submission and display of events on the TechEvents Calendar, both on the web and on the campus displays.
- All TTU entities (e.g., departments, colleges, institutes, centers, registered student organizations, etc.) may participate in the "Tech Events" campus calendar.
- An organization may register up to 3 people who can provide input to the "Tech Events" campus calendar.
- To be authorized to post on behalf of an organization, submit request via http://calendar.ttu.edu/signup
- Entries to the calendar may be submitted via http://calendar.ttu.edu/entry
- All submissions and subsequent modifications are subject to review before going online.
- To be assured of getting an event announced in time, all submissions must be made 5 days prior to the event.
- Student organizations requesting access will need their faculty or staff advisor's authorization. All other organizations will require the authorization of the unit head, e.g. Dean, Chair, Director, etc.
- Only formal events of TTU entities may be published in the calendar, and should complement the University Mission.
